    The façade of the Ayuntamiento was built in 1675, but the first documentary evidence of the clock appeared in 1730. It is the work of the 18th-century clockmaker Bartolomé Fernandez. On each side of the bell are two articulated figures of Maragatos: Juan Zacunda and Colasa, in their native costumes. On every hour, the figures move and the hammers in their hands strike the hour on the bell.
