Castles Crumbling - Taylor Swift

Our day today consisted of many castles and royalish places! We had a quick breakfast before our guide Paolo picked us up. He brought us to Sintra, an out of the way town about 50 mins away from Lisbon. We explored the shops for a bit and then walked to a magical land. The gardens looked like Rivendell, and were full of secret passages, ruins, and a palace. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end and we had to leave 2 1/2 hours later. We had some yummy lunch treats and met Paolo who took us to another magical castle. Half of us walked up to the palace while the others took the shuttle. After a ticket mishap, we made it on the premises and adventured for a while. That was the end of our tour, and we arrived home to chill. We went out to dinner at 7 and are now watching the portuguese football game at the restaurant.Leer más
