N17 - The Saw Doctors

The three of us were up and out of our flat by 8:15 this morning, meeting Kevin after coffee. Our first stop was at a lovely estate near Sligo, where we explored the grounds. We had a nice walk then got back on the road to the Arigna Mining Experience. The tour was in the original coal mines and incredibly interesting, especially since our guide had worked in the mines himself. Our last stop before getting back to Dublin was in Carrick-On-Shannon, a beautiful town where we spent our afternoon. We hit the bakery, bookstore + park, then left for Dublin. 2.5 hours later, we made it home! Our evening was very calm, we had pasta and watched an episode of Loki.Читать далее
