    Today we went to the town of Avignon in the south of France located on the Rhone River. Our post on the Palace has the history of the town. We spent the morning ogling amazing looking French pastries as well as sipping expresso and strolling around town in the afternoon. We stopped into a wine bar as well to taste the wine of Cote d'Rhone the local wine of this region.Read more
