Rockhampton Free Zoo

Rockhampton had a free zoo, so we decided to check it out.

My favourite animals were the chimpanzee, because I had never seen one before and the meerkat because they were cute and funny. They looked like they were on guard watching for predators.

After the zoo we played on the playground in the Botanical Gardens. It was cool because it had lots of fig trees to climb and a giant dingo, and you could climb up its butt.Read more
