Motueka to Blenheim

Today was about travel. It's just over two hours from Motueka to Blenheim but we did a bit of sightseeing along the way.
We started with breakfast at Port Motueka then out to visit the RV shop Moutere Caravans. The corten steel sculpture is at the vineyard next door. Next stop was at Pelorus Bridge DOC Camp to have a look around, then on to Havelock then on to Waterlea Racecourse on Blenheim. The autumn scenes are from Pollard Park just across the golf course from where we're staying.
Tomorrow we catch the ferry at 2 pm to come home. We're planning another 4 day weekend in about a month - cycling in Napier probably - but for now it's back to work on Monday.Leia mais
