On the way to Ravenshoe

After a relaxing dip in a private hot spring this morning we head off.

We end up at Undarra Lava Tunnels however there was no available tours until well into next week 😖. So instead of going underground we went high above ground and hiked around the rim of Kalkani Volcano Crater.

Our final destination for today is Ravenshoe - the highest town in Qld at a quaint train caravan park. Dinner was a nice pub meal at the Ravenshoe Hotel, the highest hotel in Qld of course.Read more
