Rode up the Norquay Chairlift for photos and had an appetizer. (We have done most of our own cooking except for 3 dinners out.) A black-billed magpie was really carrying on and was pretty comical.Read more

Loved this place. Looked a lot more turquoise in person. The blue is caused by rock flour remaining suspended in the water.

Athabasca River is absolutely the most beautiful river I have ever seen. For the (about) 200 miles that we saw it, it was a stunning turquoise.
