    Snowboard 2025 comes to an end!!

    There is a curse that comes after someone says "last run", everything could been going splendidly and the second someone says the magic words all hell breaks loose....NOT THIS TIME!! No one said the words and everyone made it to the end safely 😂 no torn rotator cuffs or dislocated elbows! 🥳

    The last two days of snowboarding have been amazing. Yesterday was the best day of snowboarding I've ever had and was very quickly topped by today.

    It's hard to describe the sound of groomed snow under the board - very scratchy and creaky, but the second that board hits the soft snow everything goes quite and all you hear is the wind. The vibration in your boots and bindings stops, the fear of catching a edge disappears and you just glide across the mountain.

    The last choky

    Packed up and sitting at the top of the mountain one last time before we head down.

    Out of all 37 hot chocolates I've had this trip, this is possibly the most decadent 😂

    Finishing off with a 2 hour bus drive to Geneva, short flight to Paris and then we head home on our buckets with seat belts and an old iPod for inflight entertainment 👍Læs mere

    The last leg

    After a mad dash to our connecting flight due to our first flight being delayed by an hour, we managed to make it to the gate while hearing the "final call" over the airport speakers 😂

    Only for the flight we ran for to be delayed aswell 😂 only this one is due to an emergency and not poor timing, medics shuffling up and down the isle.....Læs mere

    Made it back safely, but the chaos continues!

    Arrived home to bags left in Paris, wet roads and a screaming parrot!

    Great food on the flight and as usual, had to have some champagne - when in France!

    Loved the small block of cheese 😂

    Thank you all for following along on the trip in my back pocket! See you next year for snowboard 2026!

    (Don't tell anyone but we also managed to smuggle back a zip lock baggy with some French sausage 🤫)    Læs mere
