Norway: Stryn to Balestrand

We farewelled Stryn and started our 3.5 hour drive to Balestrand. The road was very foggy in a small section and combined with windy and narrow roads it was a little terrifying. Still, we made it out alive to the pretty little village of Balestrand. We had a beautiful view over the Fjord again and after dinner we went for a walk in the village. We saw the tiny little English church but modelled on the classic Norwegian Stave church style. The hydrangeas were absolutely beautiful and the nearby hotel was magnificent - on the outside. The rooms on their website appeared slightly dated and we all agreed our AirBNB was much better!Les mer
