Next stop: koka beach

On our way to Maumere (from where we will fly to Makassar, the first part of an almost tree day long trip towards Tabari Dive, in Raja Ampat) we stopped for around two hours in Koka Beach. What was that???? Gigantic waves breaking on the shore, and a shore tongue between two bays where I tried to do my handstand. Extremely difficult on dry fine sand!!! But I made it, on the tongue between the bays.
The configuration of the bay was such that from the open sea the waves would suddenly find almost a wall of sand, therefore they would become very tall and violent on shore. This is not the post for it, but we recorded many videos of us playing with the waves! Don't miss the next post !
