Rainy day in London

It started off just drizzling this morning so we headed off to find a place for a full English Breakfast and found the pub we wanted to go to closed till noon so we found one at Pizza Pilgrims.
We then walked to through Hyde park to Kensington Palace which was closed on Tuesdays but we got to go through the garden which had a statue of Diana, Princess of Whales; and commissioned by her sons.
We continued walking a came to a monument dedicated to King Albert by Queen Victoria.
Next to that was the Royal Albert Hall and we went on a guided tour by a very nice and very well informed tour guide.
After that we went to the Museum of Natural History and the Victoria & Albert Museum which were both free.
We didn’t see all of either as there is so much stuff.
We ended up getting caught in the rain on our way back to our hotel and soaked through. But what’s a holiday in London without getting soaked by rain ☔️Read more
