After chasing my tail trying to track down a reserved rental car, I give up and take a 900PKR official taxi to Khyber Lodge. Interestingly, the unofficial taxi cab drivers wanted 1500-2000PKR. Ouch!

A 6hr.."Jet Lag Nap" that begins at 7am and I feel up to another rental car attempt. Not meant to be, I Uber into Islamabad to get connected. After a 20 minute process that involves my passport and eVisa, I part with 500PKR for a sim-card and a Zong 4G plan that takes at least 3hrs to activate. Time for a walkabout.Les mer
