Kaki Lima means 5 feet and is the name for these traditional portable street food stalls.
It's a play on words because they are 5 feet long and have 5 feet ie. 2 human feet, 2 wheels and a support leg on the cart.
You can get just about any food from these carts, from soups, satays, juices and desserts. They appear at night on many street corners then disappear again leaving the footpaths free during the day. The closest we get is food trucks but our health requirements are much stricter.
