Highlights of Kyoto Walking Tour

We toured for 6 hours today seeing lots of temples, shrines, pegodas, a small bamboo forest, lovers lane, the largest bell in Japan, and many beautiful Japanese couples in traditional costume having photos taken. Our route took us to Gion Higashi, we then visited Chion-in Temple, followed by Mariam’s Park and Mene Street. then we moved on to Koshindo Temple and the Yasaka Pagoda, continuing through Ninenzaka, Sannenzaka, and finishing at the Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The Sakura trees were in full bloom everywhere and we even tasted Sakura ice cream. Definitely the ideal time to visit Japan.En savoir plus
