A Special Birthday Supper

Our final destination today was Malang where we were reunited with our bus which could not follow us to Ngasas as the roads were too narrow, steep and winding. Yesterday we were transferred to private vehicles to get to and from the Bromo region. Our guide, Vera, best guide ever, arranged to have my birthday dinner at the most famous restaurants in Malang, Restaurant Melati by Tugu Hotel. After our delicious dinner, I was presented with a double chocolate cake and fruit platter to share with everyone and then we were given a private tour of the property.
