White Water Rafting in Ubud

On Gilles’ suggestion we took a whitewater rafting tour down the Ayung river for 1.5 hours. First we had to navigate down 550 stairs in the jungle in our bare feet. As annoying as that was, once we made it to the river, it made for absolutely stunning scenery as the trees towered above us, and at times, over us, as we rafted through the rapids and over rocks and into other boats! It was great fun and Gilles started to relax by the half way point. There were magnificent carvings on the trees along the banks, an abundance of large and small waterfalls which provided a refreshing shower and absolutely breathtaking scenery along the entire route. Highly recommended! So proud of Gilles for going outside his comfort zone and giving it a try. He is embracing all kinds of opportunities that he has worked so hard to enjoy. 💕🥰😍Leer más
