Kazakh Village Part 2

We enjoyed some traditional Kazakh entertainment, including a skillful demonstration of horseback trick riding and horseback games, such as ‘atpen audaryspak’ (fight on horses) and ‘Kyz Kuu’ (pursuit of the girl). We also watched the traditional Altybakan Swing and were invited to join them on the field for some national dances. The entertainment was followed by a traditional luncheon outdoors. At the age of 5 boys are taught to ride horses and we saw one about that age that was showing off his skills after the competition.
