While I'm gone,all will be in good hands

Some of my training walks include the steep streets of Ashland. I love coming across little yard jewels on the way. Besides lawn ornaments and signs throughout this neighborhood, there's this wonderful bed & breakfast "Chanticleer" that displays such lovely rooster art (spoon art by Steve Flemming) and whimsical magical things all around the yard. A bed and breakfast I'd highly recommend.
It's the eve of the day before the day I leave. I'm soaking my garden like it is the last drink my plants are going to have in a long time. When I return, the whole landscape will be different. It will be the fall and cooling down. I will have walked over 500 miles, visited many incredible places in the south of Spain, and I already feel the pangs of missing my dog. The hardest part of going away is having to leave my dog for so long. But she will be in good hands while I'm gone.Læs mere
