Carson City

Since the snow situation still hadn't improved, we were a bit clueless and drove towards Carson City. On the way, we did a little hike on the Lake Tahoe Rail, where we should have had a nice view of the lake. It snowed the whole time, and we were walking in snow up to our ankles. After we realized that we had no view of the lake, we went back to the car and headed to the shore because we wanted to go swimming. However, the weather didn't play along and the parking lot was completely covered in snow.
On the way to the diner we saw the absolute highlight of the city: the garden if the Capitol. Everything covered with Christmas lights. The best park.
After a nice dinner we explored the local bar, where we learned that there was no club in the city. So we went to Miami Vibes, a karaoke bar. We sang one banger after another until the Nicaraguans also joined, then we had reggaeton and German music after each other.
The next day (after the boys had rested a bit from the night) we went to the Capitol. Because of the snow there was no guided tour, so we explored the building ourselves. Then we ran through the snowstorm to the best donut shop, and then to the Railroad Museum, where we took a train ride with Santa.Weiterlesen
