A lot of where I planned to go today was closed (today i learnt that november 1 is all saints day), so did the other loop of my tootbus and had a walk around. Had a hot chocolate at the Cafe and workshop of a Belgian chocolatier, before walking the "comic book trail" to see many of the murals of famous characters painted around the city. For other Belgian food, I was able to try Waffles for breakfast, but was unable to find any Brussels Sprouts for lunner (so had a train station salad instead 😞)
Fun fact of the day: Brussels is known as the comic capital of the world, being home to many famous comics like Tintin, the Smurfs and Asterix.Read more
