• Last leg of trip was quite the finale

All we had to do was make it to SeaTac, get our checked bags, get thru customs, go back through TSA, fly to Spokane, pick up our old Rav4 and go home to Momma and our babies.

Sadly, our flight from Frankfurt was delayed almost an hour, customs and TSA at SeaTac took too long, and we missed our Alaska flight by only a couple of minutes.

The Alaska customer service desk knew nothing about us and no longer showed we had a flight booked. They called Condor, who told them that our flight had been changed to Delta.

I called Condor myself and was told or flight taking off in 20 minutes, but there was no way we could make it. So they told us to find an information booth. It was closed.

Called Condor again, but they didn't even know where our luggage was or was going. They told us to go to the Condor desk. So we left the TSA verified area to find it, but it was also closed.

So I called Condor for details, and they told us they were escalating our case and to call back in 30 minutes.

At that point, we had to decide if we wanted to wait and see if they would get us a room or a rental car or if they were getting us on another flight.

We decided to get a car and drove home. I filed a lost luggage report at SeaTac and called our parking people at Spokane Airport on the way home. Stacy happily drove us to see Momma and the furbabies! We were so excited and finally got there about 11:10pm. Whew!
