Denis (the menace)

After a first sail yesterday (main, self-tacking, reefing, daggers, engines, docking, oh my!) came back and had a lovely dinner with Denis and Iryna who are next door. Bonus points to those who know the names of these two classic salads (there is a hint in her name...) They've let me tag onto their Starlink which is awesome, and also found a machinist to make a gas tank adapter so I can fill the bottles (UK standard) with South African propane.

Busy day today, trying to get parcels through customs, sail repairs done, more electronics installed/replaced, and head to the big city to go spend more money at the boat store. This is the life!Read more
