Landed at JFK earlier then schedule. Took Airtrain to Budget Counter. Ajeet had to rush to meet us at the airport. Elated brothers meet. Low drizzle. Picked the vehicle and headed to Boston via the scenic route. Had a Mac BF break. Took an Ajeet Nostalgia stop at Meridian. Reached Nilesh place at 2 pm. Meet Rihana, Rishan n Priyanka's parents.Had Lunch at home. Took a Nap. Evening Rajesh came over. Priyanka had prepared a Mexican feast for dinner. After Dinner had a small cake cutting for Ajeet n Nilesh 50th bday.

Boston City Tour

Had BF at home, made by Nilesh. Ajit went to Airport to drop the Car Rental. Nilesh dropped Rajan to expo and picked Ajit.
Me, Ajit and Tanek hopped in with Nilesh to see Boston City specially curated by Nilesh. Visited MIT, Freedom Trail, Beach Front, Boston Common Park, Execution Ground etc.
Had Lunch at Quincy Market, tried Lobster Roll, Clam Chowder.
Evening picked Rajan from Expo, drove to Quincy Market for a drink. Returned home. I slept off.

Morning we went to Costco. Picked a Roast Chicken n Salad for Lunch. Dropped Ajeet n Tanek at airport and picked Rajan from Expo.
Had to Prepone flight to Niagara due to Winter Storm Sage in Boston. Landed in Buffalo Niagara Airport at 10.30 pm. Very cute and clean airport. Took an Uber to Hotel. Munched on the burgers packed by Priyanka,

The place was quiet and dusted-covered with snow. Mrng we stepped out at 11 am, had brunch at Spot, which was next door. Then we walked to the Goat Island to view the falls. Returned to the Hotel and had a whiskey at the Anchor Bar inhouse. Rajan wanted a smoke so we went to 7 Eleven. The place had very few Tourist.

Mrng had sandwich for BF. Packed bags and decided to take the bus to buffalo airport as we had ample time on hand. Had Lunch at airport. Boarded a Embraer to Washington DC Dulles airport. Had to walk a km to collect our bags. Rajan wanted to take the Night City Tour of Washington, we decided to take a Uber to hotel. But alas we couldn't book an Uber due to technical issue with the app, so had to ask Ranu to book one for us. We reached Hotel, freshened up and took the Metro to City center to join a night tour.

Mrng had breakfast at Nextdoor Bread Frust. Hotel checkout and left luggage. Then we took Metro to Union Station for quick round. Went to see The White House. Parked at the Lafayette Square Garden behind White House. Bought some snacks at Walgreens. And returned back to hotel. Collected bags, took the metro to board Greyhound bus to Newark Penn Stn. Bus was delayed and left at 7pm, hence reached at 11 pm. Meenal and Swaroop had come to pick us. Drove to their home.

Meenal made a nice hot BF of idli sambar. We stepped out and first went to Costco, then to Dick's Sports Store. Then we drove to Dunellen and just missed the train to NYC, so she drove us out of her way to Harrison stn.
Got a direct train to WTC. Visit to the 9/11 site was an Emotional one, something we saw in our life. It was St Patrick's day parade. From there we went to Central Park, had a NY hotdog from a street vendor. Walked into Central park, trying to enjoy the bustle. had coffee n Cream Bun at Le Pain Quotiden. Walked to Times Square. Took in the energetic atmosphere. Meenal n Swaroop came to NYC, met Jia. Went to a Peruvian Restaurant for dinner. Later Swaroop drove us to Vessel, Hudson Yard. View of Battery Park and WTC Skyline from Jersey City 9-11 Memorial point, New Jersey was Amazing !!

Boarded train from Dunellen to NYC Penn Stn. Took a Big Bus HoHo Tour. Stopped at China Town for Lunch. Visited Brooklyn Bridge, Raging Bull, Battery Park, Grand Central Stn. Took train back from New Tork Penn Stn - Newark Penn Stn - Dunellen Stn. Swaroop picked us. Enroute visited the Washington Rock State Park viewing point. On the way picked lovely Italian Dinner home.

Our flight was rescheduled to 8.15 pm from Newark. So we had a full day with Meenal. Visited Swaroop's warehouse. On way stopped at Patidar Indian Store. Then picked Jia and went for Brunch at Time to Eat Diner. Seen the American Portion.
Meenal n Swaroop drove us to airport at 5.30 pm. All formalities completed. Boarded for home.Read more
