morning in Lisbon

It is cool and rainy and a little foggy on our first morning. We are on a short bus tour of the city.

By the time we got to the first stop, the sun was starting to come out.

This was the Belem Tower. It was originally in the middle of the river, but the giant earthquake that Lisbon suffered in the 18th century changed the river course and now it is right on the river bank.Читать далее
