7 pm Monday: Steak dinner

All the food has been wonderful. Tonight I went for the signature combo, surf and turf: lobster cake appetizer followed by steak.

The meals are all included in the fare but I really don't need to eat two desserts every day so I have been skipping them more often than not.

I have NOT been skipping the complementary glass of wine, however, so no worries that I have been kidnapped and replaced by a doppleganger.

And in answer to the question Russell is surely asking: Dark Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon.

I was hoping for one of those "whole sky painted in color" midwest sunsets, but alas the sky went from blue to grey with just the tiniest hint of pink. Not worth even trying to photograph.Leer más
