A Day in Kalgoorlie

Spent the day looking around Kalgoorlie. First stop the SuperPit lookout. The pit is massive the massive trucks looks like worker ants. The museum of the goldfields has a vault downstairs that houses some very impressive gold nuggets. Next was Hannans Tourist Mine. Well worth the visit. Not quite sovereign hill but some really good exhibits. Had to visit the Kalgoorlie Two Up School. Still a ramshackle tin circle shed. Had lunch in the exchange hotel, food pretty ordinary. Visited Hay St, only one of the original Tin shed brothels left. We are off to Wave Rock tomorrow then Perth. I have been recording notes and a blog on my gopro but the microphone is crap. Will
