Day 19 Monkey Mia

Day 19 - Monkey Mia. Had a great day. At the first Dolphin Experience at 07:45am. There was over 100 people there. Should have waited for the second experience at about 09:30 as there was only about 40 people. You can go to multiple sessions so we did first and second. Last time I was here in mid 70s you could feed the dolphins all day. Apparently this was really bad for the babies as they could not suckle in the shallow water and there was a 50% mortality rate. Also you are not allowed in the water (unsupervised) within 50m of them. Apparently they can catch our diseases.
Went out to Shell Beach and Eagle Bluff for some great views. Finished the day sitting on the beach having a few drinks watching the dolphins swim a bit further out. A bit cold for swimming. This would be fantastic in Summer
