Day 33 Cable Beach

Last night caught up with Liz Mudge who was staying in the sane caravan park. Liz and I served in the same unit in the army nearly 40 years ago. It was great to have a beer and catch up in such a great location. The weather !!! Woohoo it is 29c and no bloody wind, had a lot of running around to do today but got to visit Malcolm Douglas’s Croc Farm today. Good to see but a bit tired. Went for a drive along cable beach this late in the arvo and the crowds were already swarming for the sunset on Cable Beach ritual. It was like a bloody highway. Two lots of camel teams were operating. Dropped the car back at the caravan park and took a cooler filled with beer and wine. Had fish a d chips on the grass overlooking Cable Beach.
