    September 27, 2018 in Lithuania ⋅ 🌬 14 °C

    ☀️ sun is back ☀️

We explored Nida, the last little town before the russian boarder and three years summer residence of Thomas Mann. All this cute wooden houses, most red with blue and white details, making this place really charming! We had a traditional lunch with fish soup and Plinsen (?) and of course a beer.
Afterwards we walked through one of the biggest dunes Europes, it is so impressive how dunes shaping the habitant and how powerful nature is! More than three villages are burried below!

And by the way, the chance to see an elk in real life is really high here! We saw three of them :)

The curonian spit is a wonderful place!!!
