Rio Celeste

Continuing our trip to Rio Celeste, a waterfall so unreal blue, in the Volcano Nationalpark. The reason why the water has this color is that two rivers flow together and there ph number, temperature and sulfur content is so different that a chemical reaction happens. Unfortunately it rained in the morning, this is why we didn’t see the true blue color. But it was really pretty and interesting nevertheless, also the hike is quite nice.Lue lisää
