When kids cook

Yum, yum, yum 🤤

The best way to put a bit of spice into the meal prep ideas was to let the kids pick the meals and cook them! And what an amazing job they did.

Each week, they would go online, pick a meal for dinner, write a shopping list, buy all the ingredients and cook dinner that week.

Not only have they been learning the skill of cooking, but they have been learning to budget, meal plan, and they get to plan dinners they will eat 🙌.

It has been they best idea, I don’t know why we didn’t do it for all three years! The kids also love it and are always asking when they get to cook their next meal.Les mer
