Old Dehli, India. 🙏 Namaste

Sensory overload !
Dehli is not for the faint hearted! We've experienced incredible things, and this is only day 1.

As turns out, our tour is Alex and I with our own private driver and tour guide. The day comprised a tour of old and new Dehli, rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, visiting the Jama Masjid Mosque ( largest in India), Laxmi Narayan Hindi Temple, visiting the commemorative park of Mahatma Gandhi and then a trip to a Kashmir carpet seller, very tempted!

Day rounded out with a swim in the Pidgeon pond (aka the hotel swimming pool, followed by showers to cleanse from pigeon pond), beers with Aussies, and a lie down before dinner.Meer informatie
