Temples of Kharjuraho

Made a UNESCO World heritage sight in 1986, the 11 remaining hindi temples of Kharjuraho are impressive, very well preserved, gardens immaculate, and the compound very well looked after. Dedicated to the God's Shiva and Vishnu, the main temple can take the uninformed a little by surprise with it's very graphic Karma Sutara reliefs!
