Wai -O-Tapu

Busy day for us .. 1st off to visit the Wai -o-Tapu geothermal pools. The whole area we stayed in Rotorua was full of steaming pools & the small of sulphur. We saw the Lady Knox geyser erupt then walked around the pools ,& craters. The big champagne lake/pool was amazing with colours of the mineral deposits .. there were also mud pools spluttering mud into the air .this was something I really wanted to see.. so much natural phenomena around us hereLeer más
