Rest day today , breakfast at Ernest’s, very lovely, then walked it off walking the high street & back and looking in the shops, booked a wine flight (tasting) at Somerled winery.. the winemaker (84 years old) was head wine maker at Penfolds & Wynns before Penfolds was sold to a conglomerate.. we tried 5 wines each, all quite delicate & lovely but we both likedthe Chardonnay reserve, much like the Oz wines when they 1st hit 🇬🇧 30 years ago.. supper at a German restaurant.. far to big portions.. then finally saw our first kangarooRead more
