Goulburn

Had a lovely day with Suzi & Craig. Craig drove me around Goulburn seeing the sites, great view from the war memorial which was up high giving views across the town. Went to Bunnings which was a huge B&Q type store, better value than the UK. We also drove around looking at some of the older properties in the town.. we then hooked up a caravan to take to Craig’s piece of land that he is hoping to build a place on out in the country at Binder.. lovely drive out there and it’s quite high above sea level and gets cold & snow in the winter. Went through a lovely little typical Aussie town called Crookwell and stopped for a pie. Met up with Alison & Suzi, who done their own thing in the morning. Drove back and went for a few beers with the guys in a typical couple of Aussie pubs..dinner at the local Thai followed by a tour of the local Christmas lights.Leer más
