Visit to Morlaix

Today we did our first adventure in the car to the town of Morlaix. Unfortunately the town was a disappointment even through we paid for a mini train ride around it. There were some interesting old buildings otherwise it was a little run down as compared to Roscoff.

At some stage in the distant past it had obviously been a wealthy town from the status and grandeur of the old buildings.

It's also well known for its pink granite viaduct carrying train's from Paris to Brest above the town centre.Read more
