Day 1 - Started wet, brighten up later

Very wet night and drisel this morning but the sun came out this afternoon. Walked along the beach in Amroth (lots of fishermen with their rods) and had Sunday lunch at the New Inn. Tide was outLes mer
Day 2 - St. David's

Very wet over night which continued until mid - morning so scuppered our plans for a walk so we decided to take a trip to St. Davids to see the cathedral. Weather this afternoon was dry although cold.
Day 3 - walk from Amroth

Fortunately the weather aloud us to do our first walk of the week. It was very wet under foot but stayed dry for our 8 mile walk. Good views from the coastal path.
Day 4 - The Danish Girl

Unfortunately it was wet all day so we got up late and decided to go to Carmarthen to see the film 'The Danish Girl', which Hazel had won't to see for sometime. Looks like the weather is betterLes mer
Day 5 - Tenby to Amroth

Very cold last night and the roads were very icy in the morning. Walking to catch the bus to Tenby we came across an accident where a car had spun off the road. The police where there plus a busLes mer
Day 6 - The walk that never was

We had planned to walk around the lakes at Bosherston but unfortunately they were flooded and so all the bridges were underwater. Instead we ate at the St Govan's Inn and then drove to Pembroke toLes mer
Day 7 - On our way home

Time to vocate our little cottage by the sea but on the way home we dropped into Laugharne to see were Dillon Thomas lived, the shed he wrote in and were he was buried. He had lovely views over theLes mer
