Our review for Hotel Central
Pros : The bed was comfy. The area is very quiet, and the room is sound proof. The room is very large. The Balcony is spacious and has a clothes dryer. The bathroom was clean. There is air conditioning.

Cons : Unfortunately out stay was not as expected. Our sheets were not changed in 6 nights (not even once). And the towels only once. The breakfast should be improved - more diverse food, better coffee (the quality of the coffee was arguable), better quality food (everything was too oily), the juice was very cheap and the taste was not good at all, the omelette didn't look good at all ( I cannot describe how it looked... ). The cheese was so cheap, it looked like a yellow tofu, had no taste, and the texture was terrible. For 6 mornings we ate only eggs, shopska salad, and some sausages. And watermelon. Also, when we arrived, our fridge was frozen (it had almost 4-5 cm of ice in the freezer) so it couldn't work properly. We asked nicely the receptionist to help us, but the only thing he did was to put the fridge to a minimum, and say that everything is going to be okay. Unfortunately, it was not. For 2 days we had to take all the water out of the fridge using towels and so on. There is a problem with the bathroom. A 3*star hotel should have a proper shower cabin, not a shower with a canvas, which doesn't do anything. After every shower, you have to clean all the water, because there is no water drain in the bathroom, only the one from the " shower cabin". Again, we had to use towels to clean the bathroom every time we showered. Thank God we had towels from back home, because we used the towels to clean. The trash from the bathroom was not taken out everyday. Also, on booking it says that the room has a queen sized bed. This means one bed, not two twin beds, put alongside each other, united - this is not a queen sized bed. Except 2 bar soaps, there were no other toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) We do not recommend this hotel, especially because the price is to high for the offered conditions. It should be a 2* star hotel - maximum.Leer más
