Victoria

So we are playing a little bit of catch up after an interesting day yesterday. Starting out with collecting our car from the airport and then playing chicken with right hand turns on our way to the Calipino Suspension Bridge. OMG that was truly amazing and scary. Gill and Steve thank you for Tig's experience. IT truly did wobble, but not helped by some of the other people on the other side. After visiting, we thought we might have some time to go up to Grouse mountain, on arrival we found out that they had had some sightings of bears, but unfortunately we didn't really have time to take the trail. And also it was sooooooooooooooooooooo hot. So we had a quick look around, we had wanted to go to see the lumberjack's but that meant going up on the gondola, which we hadn't really planned in. So off we went to find the ferry to Victoria. Then came Day 2. Last night we did find a really cool bar for dinner and live music. I even contemplated eating oysters. But Gilly P I am going to save that until I am with you . Under close supervision. One pint and we were out for the count. Not bad having been awake since 2.30 in the morning.Read more
