Colosseum and Roman Forum!

Like I said our first 24 hours in Rome was very ambitious. We had an 8 am tour of the Colosseum. The thing we learned quickly is tours here are good for two reasons. One being you get a lot more information and two you get to skip a lot of the lines. We also learned Sunday is the busiest day to tour the Colosseum since the Vatican is closed. It was a cool experience! We learned that Europe had lions until they made them extinct from arena fighting which was crazy. The Roman Forum was cool. It would be very cool to see Rome at its prime.Læs mere
