Day 5: Cartagena New Year’s

Alex, our tour operator arranged transportation to visit the Tortumo volcano rock and the plan was to have a mud bath. After we got there and saw the place, we opted out and quickly chose to get to the walled city. Ulysses, our driver did an amazing job of giving us a tour of the old city. We had lunch at Pezetarian, a fusion Japanese restaurant. After lunch, we were on a mission to get us situated at a restaurant for New Year’s Eve. Having reserved a spot for NYE, we got back to the hotel, rested, geared up for the evening with pre game drinks, and headed into the Walled city for dinner and NYE party at Donse Olano. Rung in the New Year’s Eve at the restaurant and then on the streets of Cartagena finishing off with a drink on the rooftop. Managed to get a Uber back to the hotel. It was quite a day and a fantastic NY party.Leggi altro
