Started out at 6:00am, walking with the an unusual full blue moon. Arrived at my destination at 1 pm. Quickly found a bed at a hostel with 10 bunks in the room. No prior reservation. The walk was so beautiful. I saw dairy cows and pasture with beautiful backroads lined with trees. I ate black raspberries and dark purple elderberries. So yum!! I met more wonderful people, had great, sometimes moving conversations and now after a hamburger and beer, I am soaking my feet in a cool river. My feet are pretty happy and that translates to a happy me.
