Wet Sanding Countertops

Concrete Countertop

Brice frames up the countertop shape and pours 1-1/2” of concrete into the forms. He will grind down the rough surface to smooth then polish. Here is the surface in its rough form.

The picture makes the tub look like it takes the entire bathroom, but really it is only slightly larger than standard tubs. I love a soaking tub, it is one of my few "must haves". I've ordered a bathroom vanity and sink, found a faucet set at an Amazon bin store. Getting so excited now that we're down to the nitty gritty of making this a home.

The vinyl tile plank flooring. This is the type that is rubbery and comes in tiles that are 4” x 3ft. It was are installed throughout the whole house. It has a wood look and has grays and browns.Читать далее

Subflooring and Spray on Insulation

The spray foam will add sound buffering and insulation at the same time. Once the spray is sprayed in it grows and expands into all the crevices making it very air tight to the outside.
