Coober Pedy

On the way to Adelaide, we spent a night in Coober Pedy. I’d already been here on the way out, filling up at a very old, tiny petrol station. On the way back, we checked out a small museum and a church, both built like our Airbnb inside a hill. Opal is mined here, and to escape the summer heat, many homes are carved into the hills. Apart from Coober Pedy, there’s nothing for miles 😄
