Davy: “Then I guess you don’t like anything in that store!”
We never actually did step into the Fast Fish shop in Vanguard Mall where the Tesco’s is located. However, on one of our early grocery missions, Davy’s sense of humour honed in on it and so it’s become a bit of a fun theme for us in Shanghai to point out things that remind us of “fast fish!” One night we came across a nicely manicured hedge in which the trees were shaped to resemble fish in an aquarium. And on another we were stuck at a great 6-way crossing (diagonals also allowed on pedestrian green) watching the brightly lit screen almost spell out FISH.Read more
