Hotel and a bite to eat

We walked back along the promenade for a good hour or so. It was quite surprising how quickly the tram had covered the ground earlier. After quickly checking into our hotel we popped into the pub round the corner and Spoons Curry Club brought extra value our way! This might be the only pub I've ever visited with a glass lift inside, and also seemed to feature inside parking for about half a dozen mobility scooters.

We grabbed an excellent bag of chips from Bentley's around the corner before settling down to do a bit of planning for the following couple of days, and a good sleep.Read more
