Big trip from Milano to Vienna overnight on the train. A beautiful morning through the Austrian countryside.. Had some yummy breakfast near St Stephens cathedral and then spent the day getting re-acquanted with the city and sitting out relaxing in the sun.
Had lovely traditional dinner of Venison goulash and the went to the Wiener Musikverein - Goldener Saal to see a Mozart performance. It is something dad would have loved as it the venue they use for the New Years Day concert that is televised and he often enjoyed watching.
