Last Day in Budapest

After four days of marvelous weather and good time in Budapest today was our last full day before a big day of travel heading to Berlin tomorrow.

Today we went to the food hall in the morning, which in all honesty was disappointing compared to other we have been to in the past, but still interesting to see.

From there we spent the rest of the morning in the Hungarian National Museum which provided a fascinating and chronological history of Hungary and its people through to the end of the 1990s.

After that we headed over the Parliament district on the river to enjoy what will most likely be the last of these really lovely sunny days before winter starts to be felt.Read more
